TERMS & CONDITIONS: LAMMA PALOOZA 2026
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Lamma Palooza 2026 at Lamma BBQ, Hung Shing Yeh Beach, you (the "Attendee") - agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by the Organizers (C&C Co.).

1. TICKETING, REFUND POLICY & F&B CREDITS

- 7-Day Refund Window: Tickets are refundable if the request is submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the event date (Deadline: June 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM HKT).
- Refund Amount (Platform Fees): Please note that Eventbrite’s platform and processing fees are strictly non-refundable. Any approved refund will be for the face value of the ticket only.
- No Refunds After Deadline: No refunds will be issued for requests made within seven (7) days of the event, for any reason, including personal scheduling conflicts or illness.
- Cashless F&B System (Eventbrite to Physical Tokens): Lamma Palooza operates a strict cashless policy for all food and beverage purchases. No cash or physical credit cards will be accepted at the bar or food stations. All F&B Credits must be purchased digitally as "Add-ons" through our official Eventbrite page. Upon arrival or at any point during the event, Attendees must present their Eventbrite Add-on QR code at the designated Desk to redeem physical tokens. These physical tokens are then used for all F&B transactions. Official F&B Credits/Tokens are non-refundable and hold no cash value outside of the event.

2. EVENT CANCELLATION, WEATHER & PROGRAM POLICY

- Standard Organizer Cancellation: If Lamma Palooza is canceled due to reasons within the Organizers’ direct control, all ticket holders will receive a full refund for the face value of their ticket purchase.

- Force Majeure & Extreme Weather (No Refunds): No refunds will be issued if the event is altered, postponed, or canceled due to circumstances beyond the Organizers' control. This includes, but is not limited to:Inclement or extreme weather conditions (including Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning issued on the day of the event).Sudden artist/DJ cancellations or emergencies.Government restrictions, venue accessibility issues, or unforeseen safety emergencies.

In the event of cancellation due to weather or unforeseen emergencies, the Organizers will make every effort to announce a backup/reschedule date within 14 days. Your original ticket will remain 100% valid for the new date.

- Rain or Shine: Unless an official cancellation announcement is made by the Organizers, the event will proceed rain or shine.Changes to Program: The event lineup, scheduled DJs, timings, and F&B menu are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a ticket refund.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

- Personal Responsibility: Attendees acknowledge that attending an outdoor beach event involves inherent risks. Attendees are solely responsible for their own safety, health, and well-being at all times.

- Water & Ocean Safety: Swimming or entering the ocean is done entirely at the Attendee's own risk. There are no dedicated lifeguards provided by the event or the venue.

- Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizers (C&C C0.), the Venue (Lamma BBQ), and their respective staff and affiliates shall not be held liable or responsible for any personal injury, loss, property damage, or death occurring to any Attendee before, during, or after the event.

4. ADMISSION, GUEST BEHAVIOR & SITE PRESERVATION

- Right of Admission: The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any Attendee from the premises without a refund if they exhibit unsafe, disruptive, or illegal behavior, or fail to follow the instructions of event staff and security.

- Zero Tolerance Policy: The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances or narcotics is strictly prohibited. Any Attendee found violating this policy will be immediately ejected from the event without a refund .

- Site Preservation: Attendees must respect the Hung Shing Yeh Beach environment. Please dispose of all rubbish properly in designated bins and avoid bringing single-use plastics to the beach.

- Personal Belongings: The Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables secure at all times.

5. MEDIA CONSENT

- Photography & Video Consent: By entering the event, you acknowledge and agree that the Organizers, their partners, or authorized media may capture your image, likeness, or voice in photographs, videos, or audio recordings. You grant the Organizers the right to use these media assets for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes across any platform without further compensation or prior notice.
